Where do you ship?
We currently ship our core catalog within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently available at checkout for these products.
Where do orders ship from?
Our current catalog is selected from suppliers with U.S. warehouse fulfillment. The country of manufacture can be different from the shipping origin.
How long does delivery take?
For our current bathroom lighting and mirror products, supplier processing is typically 1–2 business days and delivery is commonly about 2–5 business days after processing. Timing can vary by destination and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Our current core products include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition with packaging. Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly through the Contact page and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue with the supplier and help arrange the appropriate resolution.
Are bulbs included with vanity lights?
Not always. Check the individual product page. Our current Golden 6-Light Bathroom Vanity Light uses six E26 bulbs and the bulbs are not included.
Can bathroom mirrors be installed horizontally or vertically?
It depends on the model. Our 30x40 Wavy Solid Wood Bathroom Mirror is designed for either vertical or horizontal wall placement.
Do you install electrical fixtures?
No. Hardwired lighting should be installed in accordance with local electrical requirements. Use a qualified electrician when appropriate.
