Aqualyra uses different source types for different kinds of claims. Search rankings are used to understand user questions and coverage—not as proof that a claim is true.
Product facts
Dimensions, materials, socket type, voltage, package contents, variants, inventory, shipping and similar product facts are checked against the exact Shopify product data, supplier information, manufacturer material, manuals, or other primary product documentation when available.
Design guidance
For design rules of thumb—such as mirror-to-vanity or light-to-mirror proportions—we compare multiple current sources. If credible sources disagree, we present a range or explain the disagreement rather than inventing a single universal rule.
Safety and compliance
Electrical, accessibility, recall, certification, and regulatory claims require stronger evidence. We prefer official standards bodies, regulators, manufacturer documentation, and exact-model certification records. If a certification or safety status cannot be verified, we do not present it as established fact.
Commercial facts
Price, inventory, shipping and return information can change quickly. These are checked close to publication or update time and may still change afterward.
Source transparency
When a guide relies on external research, we include a source section or links within the article where useful. Marketing claims from a seller or manufacturer are not automatically treated as independent evidence.
